By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jitaasc platform at jitaasc.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision set out in this document, you must immediately discontinue your use of the jitaasc platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jitaasc (the platform operator). This agreement governs all activities undertaken on the jitaasc platform, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits and withdrawals using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard; participation in casino games, slots, live dealer tables, bingo rooms (Kalaka Bingo and Go Goal Bingo), and cricket sports betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures.

jitaasc reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document regularly. Continued use of the jitaasc platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The effective date displayed in the hero section above reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the jitaasc Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines, and any specific bonus or promotion terms communicated to you at the time of a promotional offer. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jitaasc, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the jitaasc platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual, and you are registering and playing using your own personal identity and payment methods.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jitaasc platform or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jitaasc employee, and you do not have access to any non-public information about the platform's games or systems.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, address, or mobile number — is a serious breach of these Terms.

jitaasc reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and age verification evidence at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended pending completion of the verification process.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the jitaasc platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional credits held across all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. This mobile number must be registered in your own name and must correspond to an active bKash, Nagad, or other mobile financial service account you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals on jitaasc. Your mobile number functions as your primary account identifier and must remain unique across the jitaasc player database.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jitaasc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitaasc accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaasc support immediately at [email protected]. jitaasc will investigate all reported security incidents and take reasonable action to protect your account pending the outcome of any investigation.

jitaasc reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where jitaasc reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension pending investigation, jitaasc will notify the affected player via their registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

jitaasc supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions conducted in BDT.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit thresholds for card-based methods (Visa, Mastercard) may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Standard processing within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts. Silver tier and above: under 20 minutes. Platinum and Diamond tier VIP members: near-instant processing.
• Rocket / Upay: Standard processing within 30–60 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank): Processing within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing within 3–5 business days, subject to the issuing bank's own processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful account identity verification. jitaasc may request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests that exceed certain amount thresholds. Processing times quoted above commence from the point at which verification is confirmed, not from the point of initial withdrawal request submission.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that the payment details entered during a deposit or withdrawal request are accurate. jitaasc cannot reverse transactions sent to an incorrect mobile number or account number where the error was made by the player. All payment methods used for withdrawals must match those used for deposits (subject to specific exceptions communicated by support on a case-by-case basis).

jitaasc reserves the right to conduct additional anti-fraud checks on any transaction and to delay processing where a transaction is flagged by the platform's automated monitoring systems. Players will be notified promptly if a transaction is held for review.

jitaasc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme tier rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the general bonus terms set out in this section apply.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds credited to a player's account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified validity window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance, not the main real-money balance, until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion. Certain games (typically live casino tables with low house edge, and certain jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely.
• jitaasc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including after the bonus has been credited, where evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or bonus exploitation is identified.

• VIP programme cashback and tier-level benefits are governed by the jitaasc VIP programme terms, which are updated on a monthly basis and communicated to eligible players via their registered contact details.

jitaasc is under no obligation to offer any bonus or promotional benefit to any specific player. The availability of any promotion is at jitaasc's sole discretion and may vary by player segment, VIP tier, geographic location, or deposit history.

As a registered player on jitaasc, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You will use the jitaasc platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including acting as an agent for third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or other technical aids to interact with the jitaasc platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to exploit the platform's game mechanics, bonus systems, or other players.
• You will not attempt to exploit any software error, bug, or malfunction in the jitaasc platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued as a result of a known software error are void and must be returned.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming and financial transactions.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. jitaasc is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform.
• You will use the responsible gaming tools available on jitaasc — including deposit limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion — if you believe your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitaasc platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Money laundering: Using the jitaasc platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise launder money through gaming activity.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or misrepresenting your identity in any way during registration or verification.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under 18.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, or other third party.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across jitaasc promotions, or coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the jitaasc platform's software infrastructure, game engines, or random number generation systems.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jitaasc staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaasc and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jitaasc platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

jitaasc operates as an online entertainment platform. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the continuous availability of the platform, jitaasc does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, regulatory actions, or cyberattacks.

Game outcomes on jitaasc are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. jitaasc does not control individual game outcomes and accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gaming activity on these titles.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit jitaasc's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by jitaasc itself.

If you have a dispute regarding a game result, transaction, or account decision, please contact jitaasc support at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jitaasc will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. The outcome of jitaasc's internal dispute resolution process is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
